A multi-location daycare struggled with fragmented communication channels (email, phone calls, paper notes), making it difficult to share updates with parents and manage daily reporting efficiently.

We built a centralized web portal and mobile app for parents and staff. Teachers can post daily updates, photos, and reports directly from tablets in the classroom. Parents receive real-time notifications, can communicate with staff, and handle billing all in one place.
